Как поддерживать точность гранитной платформы на воздушном подшипнике?

I. Daily Maintenance (Daily / Per Use)
Ventilate first, then power on; Power off first, then hut off gas
Startup: Stable gas source → Air bearing floats → Power on and move
Shutdown: Stop movement → Power off → Then shut off gas
Prevent dry grinding of air beng blocks to scratch the granite surface.
Worktable Cleaning
Wipe gently with lint-free cloth/suede anhydrous ethanol/neutral cleaner
Prohibited: Sandpaper steel wool, strong acids/bases, chlorine-based cleaners
Dust, metal shavings, and cutting fluid must be cleaned immediately; otherwise, they will scratch the guide rails og air holes.
Check Gas Source
Pressure: 0.4–0.6 MPa
Must be dry, oil-free, and dust-free
If water or o found, stop the machine immediately to drain water/change filter element.

II. Weekly Maintenance
Drain water and change filter elements in the gas source three-piece set/filter
Oil-water separatorying filter must be functioning properly
Unclean air lines → Clogged air bearing holes → Reduced accuracy, scratching of the table surface.
Check Air Bearing Block Working Condition
Moving the de should be smooth, with no resistance or friction noise
If jamming, increased resistance, or failure to float occurs: Mostly due to clogged air holes or abnormal gas sIII. Monthly Maintenance
Comprehensive cleaning of the table surface air bearing surface
Gently blow air bearing throttle holes/multi-porous graphite (Best to use clean, dry nitren)
Strictly prohibited to use needles or wires to poke air holes, as this will destroy throttling precision.
Check Vibration Isolation Feet / Air Cushions
Level, gas p, and height must be consistent
Excessive foundation vibration will directly destroy measurement/processing accuracy.

IV. Quarterly / Semi-Annual Maintenance
Accuracy Verification
Flatness, straightne parallelism, perpendicularity
Detect using electronic level, optical flat, and laser interferometer
Check Air Line Sealing
Check for leaks and pressure fluctuations
Environmental Records
Tmperature: 20±1°C optimal
Humidity: 45%–60%
Large temperature fluctuations affect accuracy more than wear.

V. Absolutely Prohibited Operations aving Points)
Prohibit heavy objects from smashing, colliding, or impacting: Granite is brittle, and chipped corners cannot be repaired.
Prohibit dragging the slide without gaill directly scratch deep grooves.
Prohibit direct grinding, tapping, or cutting on the table surface.
Prohibit placing workpieces with water, oil, or dust directly on the te surface.

VI. Quick Diagnosis of Simple Faults
Slide fails to float / Floats unevenly
→ Insufficient gas source pressure / presence of water or oil / cloggedearing holes
Resistance or abnormal noise during movement
→ Abnormal air film or foreign matter on the table surface
Sudden drop in accuracy
→ Sudden temperature change, foundatiobration, air line issues, or table surface scratches
