I. Composition structure
The precision granite platform consists of two parts: the support and work surface:
- The upper surface of the platform is the precision surface (working surface), and the back is the roughly processed surface, which is the supporting surface in with the support.
- The support is generally made of welded square tubes, and there are 5 or more jacking bolts on the upper part of the support.3. The bottom of the support that contacts the ground consists of 3 fixed support points and 2 or more movable foot cups.
II. Installation steps
Preparation the platform part: - After receiving the goods, open the box for inspection to confirm that the marble platform is undamaged;
- Take out the marble platform (place wooden blocks in the blank position where the tray does not touch the stone, place 2 on one side and 1 in the center on the other side);
3 After placing the wooden blocks, the tray falls off. The forklift enters from the bottom of the platform, and the contact part between the forklift and the platform needs be padded with hard cardboard or wooden chips to prevent the platform from chipping. - Confirm the installation position: The installation position should be chosen in a place with high hardness and good level to prevent the ground from sinking or being unable to adjust the level;
Preparation for the support part: - Remove and wipe the support packaging clean and unscrew the foot cups of the support that contact the ground upwards, so that they do not touch the ground;
- Screw up the three main jacks of support by about 10mm, and screw the auxiliary jacks to the bottom.
- Place the support at the installation position, and place the marble platform evenly and on the support. After placement, ensure that the support is in the central position relative to the marble platform, and use a wrench to gently tighten the movable foot cups on the.
- Place a level or level ruler on the surface of the platform, adjust the three main jacks, and adjust the level as shown by the blue arrow in Figure3, and then gently tighten the other auxiliary jacks (can be tightened by hand) to make them play an auxiliary supporting role and protect safety.
III. Safety warnings1. When installing, the platform must be placed gently on the support to avoid damaging the support or injuring people! - Do not screw the main jack too high, try to keep it at the middle and lower position!
- Do not overtighten the auxiliary support bolts with a wrench, avoid platform deformation or displacement
