En algunas industrias, es necesario instalar guías de mármol, principalmente dividido en dos categorías: una es perforar agujeros en la plataforma de mármol e instalar guías para probar la rectitud y planitud de los productos. Precauciones para la instalación de guías

Saque la guía (utilice guantes de goma para evitar que la guía se oxide, utilice un paño sin polvo con alcohol para limpiar la superficie de instalación de la guía y elimine el aceite de la guía. Después de la limpieza, coloque la guía en el área de instalación de la plataforma de mármol alinear las posiciones de los agujeros.
  2. Alinee las posiciones de los orificios de la guía y los orificios de instalación de la canica, coloque el nivel de la canica junto a la guía (la distancia debe ser cercana, no lejana) y hágalo aproximadamente paralelo a la guía. Si la canica tiene una superficie de referencia para la instalación, se puede omitir el nivel de la canica y utilizar la superficie de referencia de la propia canica o componente para ajustar la guía.
  3. 1. What is the maximum size of granite workbench that can be processed??

Normally, we have two types of granite platforms: regular granite platforms (usually available in stock) and customized granite platforms (customized according to customer needs, with delivery time). However, the maximum size that can be processed is one piece (no splicing, preferred for high-precision grade 00/000) and multiple piece splicing (extra large size, mostly used for grade 0 ordinary reference tables/equipment bases).
  1. Our factory can achieve 4000mm × 2000mm × 700mm in a single piece (without splicing, with high-precision platforms of grade 00 and 000), with a conventional platform thickness of 150-400mm; heavy-duty bases can achieve 600-800mm;.
  2. Multi piece splicing platform (can be made larger, mainly level 0, suitable for large equipment bases) Our factory can achieve 8000mm × 4000mm × 600mm (splicing short board: the accuracy at the splicing joint is slightly poor, and there is a slight risk of misalignment between the boards under long-term temperature and humidity cycles. High precision measurement should avoid splicing as much as possible).
  3. Selection reference suggestions.

  Our factory achieves different levels of precision for different sizes. The small-sized integrated platform (≤ 1500 × 1000mm) can be used for all levels of 000/00/0, and can be ground and tested in a constant temperature and humidity workshop. Medium to large-sized integrated whole piece (1500 × 1000~3000 × 2000mm), capable of stable operation at level 00 and 0; Customization is possible at level 000, but the difficulty is high, requiring long-term constant temperature aging, ultra precision grinding, and shock-absorbing foundation;

3. Should we use Jinan green or other granite?

  The commonly used stone materials in our factory are Jinan Qing, Indian, Zhangqiu, and Northeast materials. Jinan Qing is the benchmark substrate for precision granite platforms in China, and is the preferred choice for Class 000/00 high-precision; At the same time, other granite materials such as Indian black and Zhangqiu black can be selected according to the customer's budget and usage.

  Applicable scenarios: metrology room benchmark, 000 level, 00 level high-precision detection platform, high-end equipment base, etc.
2. Indian Black Granite [high-end alternative, can be used at level 000/00]
  The performance is close to Jinan Qing, with high density and low coefficient of thermal expansion; Imported raw materials, large-sized raw materials are easier to obtain than Jinan Qing.
  Applicable: Class 000, 00 precision base, linear motor platform; The price is slightly lower than the genuine Jinan green.
3. Zhangqiu Black [Cost effective main force, up to level 00, regular level 0]
  The density is about 2.8 g/cm ³, and the performance is slightly lower than that of Jinan Qing. It is generally stable at level 0 or level 00, and level 000 is not recommended.
  Attention: Some materials need to be dyed, and their water absorption rate is slightly higher than that of Jinan green.
  Recommended scenarios: Ordinary workshop 0-level inspection platform, medium precision equipment base.
4. Northeast material [only level 0, ordinary tooling platform]
  The grain size is coarse, the density is low, and the stability is poor. It can only achieve level 0 or 1 and cannot achieve level 00/000.
  Applicable: Workshop marking, fixture positioning, not suitable for precision measurement.

4. Is there a constant temperature and humidity workshop?

  Our factory is equipped with an independent constant temperature and humidity precision workshop (precision grinding+measurement and testing area) for ordinary rough machining and rough slotting in the large factory building; The ultra precision grinding, static aging, and factory precision testing of Class 00 and Class 000 products are all completed in a constant temperature and humidity workshop.

Class 00 control: 20 ℃± 1 ℃,

5. Can we produce according to European/DIN/ISO standards and provide third-party testing reports?

 Our factory can manufacture and test granite platforms in full accordance with European DIN 876 (German standard, the most commonly used in Europe) and ISO 8512-2 international standards. We can provide corresponding factory inspection certificates to meet customer metrological acceptance requirements.
