En raison de la l\u00e9g\u00e8re augmentation de la difficult\u00e9 d\u2019usinage li\u00e9e aux processus de per\u00e7age et d\u2019encastrement des inserts filet\u00e9s en acier inoxydable pr\u00e9-encastr\u00e9s, l\u2019industrie est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 capable d\u2019atteindre de mani\u00e8re stable les normes suivantes (test\u00e9es \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature constante de 20 \u00b0C) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I. Limite maximale de plan\u00e9it\u00e9 de la base par m\u00e8tre pour chaque classe (indicateur simplifi\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du secteur)<br>Cat\u00e9gorie 000 (Machines-outils ultrapr\u00e9cises haut de gamme)<br>Erreur de plan\u00e9it\u00e9 par m\u00e8tre \u2264 1,5 \u03bcm\/m<br>Applications : machines de d\u00e9coupe de plaquettes, machines de meulage de lentilles, rectifieuses \u00e0 coordonn\u00e9es, bases d'\u00e9quipements nano-optiques<br>Remarque : les petites dimensions (\u2264 800 mm) permettent de respecter la norme de mani\u00e8re stable ; pour les longueurs ou largeurs sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 1 500 mm ou les grandes surfaces comportant un grand nombre d'inserts filet\u00e9s, la plupart des fabricants assouplissent la limite sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 2,0 \u03bcm\/m.<br>Classe 00 (machines-outils de pr\u00e9cision courantes)<br>Erreur de plan\u00e9it\u00e9 par m\u00e8tre \u2264 3,0 \u03bcm\/m<br>Applications : machines CNC pour micro-per\u00e7age, machines de gravure de pr\u00e9cision, machines de mesure par vision enti\u00e8rement automatiques, bases de mouvement lin\u00e9aire multiaxiales<br>Il s'agit de la nuance la plus couramment utilis\u00e9e pour les socles de machines-outils \u00e9quip\u00e9s d'inserts filet\u00e9s en grille ; elle permet une production en s\u00e9rie stable, tant pour les petites que pour les grandes dimensions.<br>Classe 0 (\u00c9quipements automatis\u00e9s g\u00e9n\u00e9raux de haute pr\u00e9cision)<br>Erreur de plan\u00e9it\u00e9 par m\u00e8tre \u2264 6,0 \u03bcm\/m<br>Applications : inspection visuelle classique, dosage, vissage de socles de machines-outils non standard, co\u00fbt r\u00e9duit.<br>Classe 1 (bases d'outillage g\u00e9n\u00e9rales, rarement utilis\u00e9es pour les machines-outils de pr\u00e9cision)<br>Erreur de plan\u00e9it\u00e9 par m\u00e8tre \u2264 12 \u03bcm\/m ; non recommand\u00e9 pour les \u00e9quipements d'usinage de haute pr\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">II. M\u00e9thode de calcul compl\u00e8te des dimensions (tol\u00e9rance pr\u00e9cise conforme \u00e0 la norme nationale, et non pas simplement par m\u00e8tre)<br>Tol\u00e9rance totale de plan\u00e9it\u00e9 (\u03bcm) = Coefficient de classe \u00d7 Longueur de la diagonale (mm) \u00f7 1 000<br>Coefficient de grade 000 : K = 1<br>Classe 00, coefficient K = 2<br>Exemple : dimensions de base 1 000 \u00d7 800, diagonale \u2248 1 280 mm<br>Tol\u00e9rance totale de plan\u00e9it\u00e9 pour la classe 000 : 1 280 \u00f7 1 000 = 1,28 \u03bcm<br>Tol\u00e9rance totale de plan\u00e9it\u00e9 pour la classe 00 : 2 \u00d7 1 280 \u00f7 1 000 = 2,56 \u03bcm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">III. Remarques importantes concernant l'impact des inserts filet\u00e9s sur la plan\u00e9it\u00e9<br>\u00c0 condition que le processus d'encastrement soit r\u00e9alis\u00e9 dans les r\u00e8gles de l'art, l'\u00e9videment destin\u00e9 \u00e0 l'insert se trouve \u00e0 une profondeur comprise entre 0,3 et 1 mm sous la surface, et l'ensemble de la surface est rectifi\u00e9 \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature constante une fois l'op\u00e9ration termin\u00e9e, ce qui n'entra\u00eene pas une baisse du degr\u00e9 de plan\u00e9it\u00e9 nominal ;<br>Limites :<br>Pour les socles dont les dimensions sont sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 2 000 mm et qui comportent des inserts filet\u00e9s M10\/M12 \u00e0 usage intensif r\u00e9partis sur toute la surface, il est difficile d'atteindre le Grade 000 ; le Grade 00 est alors recommand\u00e9 ;<br>Si les trous sont trop proches des bords, s'il y en a un nombre extr\u00eamement \u00e9lev\u00e9 ou si la base est mince (\u00e9paisseur &lt; 100 mm), la plan\u00e9it\u00e9 sera l\u00e9g\u00e8rement moins bonne, et il faudra augmenter l&#039;\u00e9paisseur de la pierre pour am\u00e9liorer sa rigidit\u00e9 ;<br>Garantie de processus : ins\u00e9rer d'abord les inserts et laisser durcir pendant plus de 72 heures avant de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 l'aff\u00fbtage global, afin d'\u00e9viter que des microd\u00e9formations ult\u00e9rieures des inserts ne compromettent la plan\u00e9it\u00e9 de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IV. Pr\u00e9cision de synchronisation (exigences suppl\u00e9mentaires relatives aux bases des machines-outils)<br>Outre la plan\u00e9it\u00e9, les socles de machines-outils doivent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement r\u00e9pondre aux sp\u00e9cifications suivantes :<br>Plan\u00e9it\u00e9 de la surface de montage du rail de guidage : \u2264 1,5 \u03bcm\/m (classe 00)<br>Pr\u00e9cision de positionnement des trous d'insertion filet\u00e9s : \u00b10,1 mm<br>Rugosit\u00e9 de la surface de travail Ra \u2264 0,32 \u03bcm<br>Perpendicularit\u00e9 des c\u00f4t\u00e9s adjacents : \u2264 2 \u03bcm\/m<br>V.
