Il permet de r\u00e9duire les vibrations par un amortissement \u00e9lev\u00e9, d'obtenir une stabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 faible dilatation thermique et un support de charge tr\u00e8s rigide, servant de base \u00e0 la liaison \u00e0 cinq axes de niveau micron\/submicronique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I. Mat\u00e9riaux de base et performances (raisons de l'utilisation du granit)<br>Suppression des vibrations (le plus important) : Le taux d'amortissement est de 6 \u00e0 10 fois sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui de la fonte, avec un taux de d\u00e9croissance 3 fois plus rapide ; la fr\u00e9quence naturelle est de 10 \u00e0 20 Hz, capable d'absorber 90% des vibrations externes, de contr\u00f4ler l'erreur de d\u00e9placement lors de la liaison dans les limites de 10 \u00e0 20 Hz. <strong>\u00b10,5\u03bcm<\/strong>.<br>Stabilit\u00e9 thermique : Coefficient de dilatation thermique <strong>(4-8)\u00d710-\u2076\/\u2103<\/strong> (environ 1\/20 de la fonte, 1\/6 de l'alliage d'aluminium) ; une fluctuation de 0,1\u2103 ne provoque qu'une d\u00e9formation de 0,1\u03bcm\/m, ce qui permet de maintenir une pr\u00e9cision de l'ordre du micron, m\u00eame avec un contr\u00f4le de la temp\u00e9rature de \u00b12\u2103.<br>Rigidit\u00e9 et r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la charge : R\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la compression \u2265200MPa, module d'\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 45-55GPa ; peut supporter une charge de 1000kg\/m\u00b2 sans d\u00e9formation, convient aux charges lourdes \u00e0 cinq axes (axe unique &gt; 200kg).<br>R\u00e9tention de la pr\u00e9cision : R\u00e9sistant \u00e0 l'usure, \u00e0 la corrosion et sans contrainte interne, avec une d\u00e9rive de la pr\u00e9cision g\u00e9om\u00e9trique \u00e0 long terme &lt;1\u03bcm\/an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>II. Structure et disposition typiques<br>Base solide int\u00e9gr\u00e9e (Mainstream)<br>Mat\u00e9riau : Vert de Jinan \/ Noir de Zhangqiu (naturel) ou fonte min\u00e9rale (artificiel), caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par un grand bloc global avec des fentes, des manchons en acier pr\u00e9-encastr\u00e9s \/ des surfaces de montage des rails de guidage.<br>Disposition : Structure en forme de T, rails de guidage des axes X\/Z dispos\u00e9s verticalement, axe Y sur l'axe X et axes rotatifs (B\/C) int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans le chariot Y.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Syst\u00e8me de support et d'isolation des vibrations<br>Support \u00e0 quatre points : Les points d'appui sont externes \u00e0 la base (grandes machines) ou internes (petites et moyennes machines), \u00e9quip\u00e9s de ressorts pneumatiques \/ de coussins d'air antivibrations pour isoler les vibrations du sol.<br>Mise \u00e0 niveau : Pieds de nivellement r\u00e9glables avec pr\u00e9cision, avec une pr\u00e9cision horizontale \u22640,02mm\/m.<br>Structures des sc\u00e9narios d'application<br>Usinage ultra-pr\u00e9cis sur cinq axes (par exemple, Precitech Freeform L) : Base en granit naturel scell\u00e9e, isolation des vibrations TMC MaxDamp int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, adapt\u00e9e au tournage au diamant et au micro-fraisage.<br>Aff\u00fbteuse d'outils domestique \u00e0 cinq axes (par exemple, KToolG3515) : Corps de lit int\u00e9gr\u00e9 en granit artificiel, amortissement \u00e9lev\u00e9, faible dilatation thermique, adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 l'aff\u00fbtage d'outils en carbure de ciment \/ diamant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>III.
