Duret\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e et r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'usure, pr\u00e9cision durable de la surface de travail<br>Duret\u00e9 Mohs de 6-7, r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 l'usure, r\u00e9sistant aux rayures et \u00e0 l'usure :<br>La plate-forme de mesure r\u00e9siste au placement \u00e0 long terme de montages et de pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 usiner sans d\u00e9velopper d'indentations ou de rayures ;<br>La surface de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence rectifi\u00e9e avec pr\u00e9cision conserve une plan\u00e9it\u00e9 tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e pendant longtemps, ce qui n\u00e9cessite un entretien minimal et \u00e9limine le besoin de retouches fr\u00e9quentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V. Mat\u00e9riau uniforme, facile \u00e0 rectifier avec une grande pr\u00e9cision<br>Le granit a une structure uniforme et dense, sans trous de sable ni pores :<br>Il peut \u00eatre rectifi\u00e9 pour obtenir une plan\u00e9it\u00e9 ultra-\u00e9lev\u00e9e semblable \u00e0 celle d'un miroir, ce qui permet de r\u00e9pondre aux exigences des MMT en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9talonnage au micron et au sous-micron ;<br>Il convient pour les lits de machine int\u00e9gr\u00e9s, les traverses de portique et les bases de rail de guidage, avec un moulage d'une seule pi\u00e8ce sans erreur d'assemblage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>VII.
