Ils conviennent \u00e0 diverses t\u00e2ches d'inspection et constituent des plans de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de mesure de pr\u00e9cision utilis\u00e9s pour la mesure de la pr\u00e9cision, ainsi que pour l'inspection et la mesure m\u00e9caniques des machines-outils, afin de v\u00e9rifier la pr\u00e9cision dimensionnelle ou l'\u00e9cart des pi\u00e8ces. Les plateaux en marbre sont des outils de mesure de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de pr\u00e9cision fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de mat\u00e9riaux pierreux naturels ; ils constituent des surfaces de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour l'inspection des instruments, des outils de pr\u00e9cision et des composants m\u00e9caniques. Ils surpassent notamment les plateaux en fonte dans les applications de mesure de haute pr\u00e9cision.<br>On consid\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement que tout le monde sait que les plateaux en marbre sont des outils de mesure de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de pr\u00e9cision fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de mat\u00e9riaux pierreux, dont les principaux composants min\u00e9raux sont le pyrox\u00e8ne, le plagioclase et une petite quantit\u00e9 d\u2019olivine. Leur structure est dense, leur surface est lisse, peu sensible \u00e0 l\u2019usure, et leur rugosit\u00e9 est faible ; apr\u00e8s un vieillissement \u00e0 long terme, toutes les contraintes internes disparaissent, ce qui leur conf\u00e8re une stabilit\u00e9 exceptionnelle. Elles conviennent aux travaux d\u2019inspection, de mesure et de marquage de pr\u00e9cision dans les secteurs de l\u2019usinage m\u00e9canique et de la fabrication de pi\u00e8ces. Quels sont les avantages des plateaux en marbre ?<br>Avantages des plateformes en marbre :<br>Stabilit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9cision, entretien facile. En cas de choc ou de rayure sur la surface de travail, seules des piq\u00fbres apparaissent ; il n\u2019y a ni reliefs, ni bavures, et la pr\u00e9cision des mesures n\u2019est pas affect\u00e9e. Les plateaux en marbre ne se d\u00e9forment pas facilement, pr\u00e9sentent une grande duret\u00e9, r\u00e9sistent bien \u00e0 l'usure et \u00e0 l'abrasion, sont faciles \u00e0 entretenir et ont une longue dur\u00e9e de vie. Ils ne laissent pas de rayures, ne sont pas affect\u00e9s par des conditions de temp\u00e9rature constantes et permettent de maintenir la pr\u00e9cision de la mesure de temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante. Elles ne sont pas magn\u00e9tis\u00e9es, se d\u00e9placent sans \u00e0-coups pendant la mesure, ne pr\u00e9sentent aucune sensation de frottement, r\u00e9sistent \u00e0 la corrosion par les liquides acides et alcalins, ne rouillent pas, ne retiennent pas facilement la poussi\u00e8re, sont faciles \u00e0 entretenir et ont une longue dur\u00e9e de vie.<br>Il convient de pr\u00eater attention aux points suivants et aux inconv\u00e9nients suivants : la surface est relativement fragile et ne supporte pas les chocs ou les coups trop violents.
