Raw Material Quality Control (Key at the Source)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stone Selection: Prioritize Jinan Blue with fine grains and uniform structure; avoid cracks, dark veins, inclusions, pores, and weathered layers; areas with visible white spots or mineral vein clusters are prohibited for high-precision working surfaces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stone Aging Treatment\u2b50<strong>Top Priority<\/strong><br>Granite contains internal stress; direct machining will lead to deformation in the finished product later.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After rough cutting, natural aging is mandatory. For high-precision 000 grade, it is recommended to be \u22653-6 months; if conditions are limited, artificial aging in a constant temperature environment can be used to release stress.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Direct fine machining after rough cutting is prohibited. Although the accuracy may pass in the short term, the flatness will drift out of tolerance after 1-3 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Thickness and Weight-Reduction Grooves: Bases should not be excessively thinned. Sufficient wall thickness must be reserved for weight-reduction grooves, as thin walls are prone to stress rebound; for large-sized bases (>1000mm), the thickness must meet stiffness requirements to prevent self-weight deflection deformation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">II. Rough Machining Stage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>After rough milling\/grinding, reserve allowance for fine machining: Generally reserve 0.8-1.5mm. Excessive reduction is not allowed to prevent rough machining stress from being directly released onto the finished surface.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is recommended to perform a secondary static aging after rough machining to release cutting stress before proceeding to fine grinding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan lifting points in advance. Drill lifting threaded holes during rough machining, ensuring they avoid high-precision working surfaces, and chamfer the hole edges to prevent chipping.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">III. Fine Machining (Core for Ensuring 00\/000 Grade)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Processing Environment\u2b50<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The fine grinding workshop must be constant temperature, controlled at 20\u00b12\u2103. Large temperature fluctuations cause granite to expand and contract, directly leading to flatness and parallelism out of tolerance; avoid direct sunlight and hot air from windows blowing on the workpiece.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The floor foundation must be stable, and the machine tool must not vibrate. Keep away from vibrating equipment such as welding machines and cutting machines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grinding Process<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Change abrasives step-by-step, from rough grinding \u2192 medium grinding \u2192 fine grinding \u2192 super-fine grinding. Skipping grinding grades is strictly prohibited; the grinding feed rate must not be too large, as large feeds generate grinding heat, causing local thermal deformation of the workpiece.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For large-sized bases, do not grind continuously in one direction. Use alternating directions to reduce local heat deformation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Accuracy Control Items<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Flatness, parallelism, straightness, perpendicularity (installation side), threaded hole position accuracy, and pin hole tolerances;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For 000 grade bases, grid testing must be performed according to national standard verification points; do not just measure a few lines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Threaded Hole and Pin Sleeve Installation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tapped holes must not chip, and thread depth must meet standards; embedded steel sleeves must be firmly bonded. Re-verify accuracy only after the adhesive is fully cured. <strong>The curing of the bonding glue generates minute stress, which will slightly pull the flatness accuracy.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Important: The steel sleeve embedding process must be placed before fine machining. Embed, let it rest and cure, and then perform the final fine grinding. Do not embed sleeves after the finished product is completed!<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IV. Post-processing &amp; Protection (Extremely easy to overlook)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chamfering: All sharp edges must be chamfered with R2-R3 to prevent chipping. Granite is highly brittle, and any chipping will directly scrap the local precision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Surface Protection:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>High-precision working surfaces must undergo anti-seepage treatment to prevent oil and cutting fluids from penetrating the stone pores, which causes later bubbling and discoloration;<br>\u26a0\ufe0f Note: Do not cover the measuring working surface with thick paint. Coating wear will alter the precision; use only penetrating sealants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cleaning: Thoroughly clean out pore dust and abrasive powder; no residue should be left inside the holes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V. Special Attention to Inspection and Quality Control<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Inspection must be conducted in a constant-temperature workshop after sufficient settling time<\/strong>, ensuring the workpiece temperature matches the ambient temperature; otherwise, all measured data will be distorted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspection support method: Large bases must be inspected according to the <strong>three-point support<\/strong> standard. Do not randomly use multiple shims. Incorrect support will cause artificial deformation and yield falsely high precision readings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mark the base after inspection is completed, and retain the original inspection records for each unit: flatness and parallelism data.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VI. Lifting, Packaging, and Transportation Risk Points (Many finished products are fine at the factory but deform or chip during transport)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lifting: Use soft slings; direct wire rope contact with the stone is prohibited. Lift steadily; single-point loading and dropping\/bumping are strictly forbidden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Large bases must be placed on a complete wooden pallet. The pallet support positions should ideally match the customer&#8217;s equipment support positions; unreasonable support points will cause slight bending under the transport weight.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cover the working surface with a thick protective film and add corner protectors to the edges.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">VII. Delivery Reminders for Customers (Quality Control Extension)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On-site use by the customer also requires a constant-temperature environment; avoid direct sunlight and local heat sources (e.g., motor heat blowing directly onto the base);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On-site installation must strictly follow the drawings for three-point \/ multi-point support.
