Materiales b\u00e1sicos (preferidos por la industria)<br>Jinan Qing (Shandong), Monte Tai Qing<br>Densidad: 2,7 g\/cm\u00b3, dureza Shore 75, dureza de Mohs 6\u20137, dureza similar a la del acero con alto contenido en carbono<br>Coeficiente de dilataci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica: 4,6\u00d710\u207b\u2076\/\u2103, solo un tercio del del hierro fundido; pr\u00e1cticamente no se deforma con los cambios de temperatura.<br>Envejecimiento natural a lo largo de millones de a\u00f1os, sin tensiones internas, resistente a la oxidaci\u00f3n, no magn\u00e9tico, resistente a los \u00e1cidos y a los \u00e1lcalis, aislante y amortiguador de impactos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">II. Principales tipos de productos<br>Plataforma (placa) de granito: es la m\u00e1s utilizada para la inspecci\u00f3n de la planitud y el paralelismo; el grado 00 ofrece la m\u00e1xima precisi\u00f3n.<br>Regla de granito: Para la comprobaci\u00f3n de la rectitud y la calibraci\u00f3n de las gu\u00edas de las m\u00e1quinas-herramienta<br>Escuadra de granito \/ Escuadra de \u00e1ngulo recto: Para comprobar la perpendicularidad y como referencia de 90\u00b0<br>Bloque paralelo de granito, bloque en V, puente, calibre de altura: para mediciones de precisi\u00f3n<br>Bases a medida: bases para m\u00e1quinas de medici\u00f3n por coordenadas (CMM), bancadas para equipos l\u00e1ser, bases para equipos de semiconductores<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">III. Grados de precisi\u00f3n (Norma nacional GB\/T 22095-2008)<br>De mayor a menor: Grado 000 &gt; Grado 00 &gt; Grado 0 &gt; Grado 1<br>Grado 000: Para laboratorios e institutos de metrolog\u00eda, error de planitud \u2264 1 \u03bcm\/m<br>Grado 00: Para talleres de precisi\u00f3n y m\u00e1quinas de medici\u00f3n por coordenadas (CMM)<br>Grado 0: Uso general en departamentos de control de calidad<br>Grado 1: Para la inspecci\u00f3n de mecanizado habitual<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IV. Ventajas frente a los medidores de hierro fundido<br>Precisi\u00f3n estable de forma permanente: sin deformaciones por tensi\u00f3n, deriva de precisi\u00f3n &lt;0,2 \u03bcm en 5 a\u00f1os; el hierro fundido es propenso a sufrir deformaciones por envejecimiento.<br>Resistencia al desgaste extremadamente alta: desgaste &lt;0,3 \u03bcm en 10 a\u00f1os, sin necesidad de reparaciones frecuentes mediante rectificado<br>Reducci\u00f3n de impactos y ruido: la atenuaci\u00f3n de vibraciones del 40% es superior a la del hierro fundido, lo que lo hace adecuado para equipos de precisi\u00f3n de alta velocidad<br>Resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n y al aislamiento: Resistente al aceite, a los \u00e1cidos, a los \u00e1lcalis y a la humedad; no magn\u00e9tico, adecuado para electr\u00f3nica y semiconductores<br>F\u00e1cil de limpiar: superficie compacta, las manchas de aceite se limpian f\u00e1cilmente<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V.
