Plataforma de granito de grado de precisi\u00f3n (grado de metrolog\u00eda)<br>Se trata del grado de base, que determina la precisi\u00f3n de la superficie de referencia:Tabla<br>Grado de planitud (t\u00edpico) Equipo aplicable<br>Grado 000 \u2264 2 \u03bcm\/m\u00b2 MMC de ultra alta precisi\u00f3n, inspecci\u00f3n de semiconductores, plataformas de cojinetes de aire iluminadas.<br>Grado 00 \u2264 3 \u03bcm\/m\u00b2 MMC de alta precisi\u00f3n, plataformas de movimiento de precisi\u00f3n con cojinetes de aire, mesas de inspecci\u00f3n.<br>Grado 0 \u2264 5 \u03bcm\/m\u00b2 M\u00e1quinas de medici\u00f3n general, bancos de trabajo de precisi\u00f3n.<br>Grado 1 \u2264 10 \u03bcm\/m\u00b2 Plataformas de inspecci\u00f3n, plataformas de marcado.<br>Placa de cojinetes de aire de uso exclusivo: Grado 00, Grado 000<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>II. Plataforma de movimiento con cojinetes de aire Grado de precisi\u00f3n (est\u00e1ndar industrial)<br>Dividido en 4 niveles basados en la capacidad de posicionamiento y la repetibilidad, que se corresponden directamente con los niveles de equipamiento:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nivel de precisi\u00f3n general<br>Repetibilidad: \u00b11 \u03bcm<br>Posicionamiento AccuraAplicaciones: Inspecci\u00f3n general, alineaci\u00f3n semiautom\u00e1tica<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nivel de alta precisi\u00f3n (m\u00e1s com\u00fan)<br>Repetibilidad: \u00b10,5 \u03bcm<br>Precisi\u00f3n de posicionamiento: \u00b11\uff5e2 \u03bcm<br>Aplicaciones: Plataformas neum\u00e1ticas de granito est\u00e1ndar, MMC de gama alta, inspecci\u00f3n \u00f3ptica<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nivel de ultraprecisi\u00f3n<br>Repetibilidad: \u00b10,1\uff5e0,2 \u03bcm<br>Precisi\u00f3n de posicionamiento: \u00b10,5 \u03bcm<br>Aplicaciones: Inspecci\u00f3n de frontales de semiconductores, interferometr\u00eda l\u00e1ser, nanoalineaci\u00f3n<br>4.ano Nivel<br>Repetibilidad: \u00b110\uff5e50 nm<br>Precisi\u00f3n de posicionamiento: Dentro de \u00b10,1 \u03bcm<br>Aplicaciones: Litograf\u00eda, precisi\u00f3n cu\u00e1ntica, nimpresi\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>III. Grados de rectitud y perpendicularidad de la plataforma aerodin\u00e1mica (juicio intuitivo)<br>Rectitud de la plataforma neum\u00e1tica de alta gama: .1\uff5e0.5 \u03bcm\/300mm<br>Perpendicularidad: \u00b11\uff5e3 \u03bcm\/m<br>Suavidad de movimiento: Sin arrastramientos, vibraciones ni fluctuaciones<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IV.
