Protection measures are divided into five major categories: <strong>lifting and transportation, positioning and leveling, assembly operations, machine perimeter protection, and CNC software anti-collision<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I. Lifting and Transportation Stage (Most prone to collisions)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use only the original factory-reserved lifting holes on the bed; adopt <strong>multi-point flexible slings<\/strong>. Steel ropes are strictly prohibited from directly contacting granite edges; rubber protective pads must be placed at the contact points of the slings. Single-point lifting, diagonal pulling, and prying the bed edges are strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct a trial lift before the actual lift. Maintain low speed and stability throughout the lifting and lowering process to prevent swinging and impacting surrounding steel frames, columns, or the ground. Establish a warning zone in the lifting area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wrap the bed edges, precision-machined reference surfaces, and threaded hole locations in advance with <strong>high-density EVA \/ polyurethane foam corner protectors<\/strong>. Install protective plugs in threaded holes to prevent bumps and metal chips from entering the screw holes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cover the contact surfaces of the landing area and the transport trolley with 3-5mm thick nitrile rubber mats. <strong>Dragging or sliding the granite bed is strictly prohibited<\/strong>; it can only be moved by lifting the entire unit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">II. Positioning and Leveling Installation Protection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Place rubber shock-absorbing buffer pads between the bed and the foundation \/ metal base frame; <strong>direct steel-to-granite contact is strictly prohibited<\/strong>. When tightening the clamping plates on the bed edges, rubber gaskets must be placed between the plates and the stone to prevent edge damage and localized stress cracking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leveling must only be performed using the leveling feet; <strong>prying the sides or edges of the granite with crowbars is strictly prohibited<\/strong>. Handle tools gently during the leveling process; do not drop wrenches or levels onto the bed&#8217;s working surface.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the bed is positioned, keep the foam corner protectors on the edges until all assembly is completed to avoid assembly tools or components bumping into the right angles (the edges of granite have the weakest impact resistance).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use standard three-point \/ multi-point distributed support; single-point loading is prohibited to avoid internal invisible cracks caused by impact.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">III. Assembly Operation Site Anti-collision<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When lifting metal components such as columns, slide seats, linear guides, and motors near the granite bed, set up <strong>limit blocks and temporary rubber buffer blocks<\/strong> to prevent metal parts from swinging into the stone base.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Randomly stacking steel parts, bolts, and tools in the assembly area is prohibited. Place metal components down gently; throwing is prohibited, and they must not be dropped directly onto the granite surface.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>During assembly, cover the granite working surface with protective felt \/ rubber mats to prevent tools or bolts from falling and damaging the reference surface. Striking or straightening workpieces on the granite bed is prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tighten bolts in a diagonal, step-by-step manner; avoid violent tightening to prevent localized stress from causing the stone to crack.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IV. Physical Anti-collision Protection for the Whole Machine (After Installation)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Install rubber anti-collision corner guards on the exposed edges of the machine body; set up anti-collision guardrails around the machine to prevent forklifts and transport trolleys from colliding with the machine base.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Install <strong>mechanical hard limit buffers (polyurethane)<\/strong> at the extreme positions of the machine&#8217;s travel to prevent the sliding table and moving parts from mechanically hard-colliding with the granite machine body.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Install protective shields to prevent tool breakage or workpiece ejection from hitting the granite machine body; ensure proper protection to prevent chips and coolant from long-term accumulation on the stone surface.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V.
