I. Material and Core Performance
Selected Stone: High-quality black granite represented by **Jinan Green (G3701)**, with sufficienogical aging and extremely low residual stress; Mohs hardness 6–7, density 2.65–2.8g/cm³, water absorption 0.1%; linear expansion coefficient of approximately 4.6×10⁻⁶/℃, only half that of steel, resulting in virtually no local warping under uniform temperature chnon-magnetic, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, and requires no rust prevention treatment.

Core Performance Advantages
High Damping Vibration Reduction: Vibration damping perfrmance is 5–10 times higher than cast iron, effectively suppressing equipment resonance and external vibration interference;
Long-term Precision Stability: No major overhaul or calibration required for 5–8 yeas or longer, far exceeding metal bases;
Surface Quality: After diamond grinding manual precision lapping, surface roughness can reach Ra0.02μm, and flatness of small specifications can reach 1.5μm for Grade 000.

Limitations: High brittleness and poor impact resistance; rough handling is strictl prohibited; cannot be welded for repair, and severe damage requires complete replacement; long lead time for custom pieces, and initial procurement cost is higher that.
