Adjustment: Bottom equipped with heavy-duty adjustable leveing feet (M20 and above); top often features spherical joints nylon/PTEE washers (to prevent metal electrochemical corrosion and fine-tune angle)
Application: Medium to large latforms (1000×1000mm and above), CMM measurement, precision inspection

Column-type / Split Stands (Small to Medium Platforms)
Structure: Independent adjusta columns, no need for a whole frame; some feature cast iron bases steel columns
Advantages: Small footprint, fast installation, expandable on demand
Application: Laboratories, small inspecon benches (400×400~800×800mm)

Air-bearing / Vibration Isolation Stands (Ultra-precision Scenarios)

Load and Platform Siz The stand’s rated load capacity must be > platform self-weight maximum workpiece/equipment weight; for large platforms (>2000mm), prioritize welded frames five-point sort
Leveling Adjustment Range: Adjustable foot travel is usually 15~30mm, meeting ground unevenness of ±10mm; after leveling, confirm with an electronic evel; Grade 00 platform levelness ≤0.005mm/m
Material and Corrosion Resistance: Carbon steel stands require powder coating/galvanization; direct rital clamping against granite is strictly prohibited; insulating washers (e.g., nylon, rubber) must be added

Ground Pre-treatment: Concrete floor strength C25 flatness ≤2mm/m; secondary grouting foundation if necessary
Position the stand, roughly level the three main supports first, then gently place the granite platform
Fine-tune with an elecel following the sequence “corners first then center, longitudinal first then transverse”; each micro-adjustment ≤1mm, wait 5 minutes after adjustment before measuring again
Lock eveling feet, auxiliary points should gently contact (must not be jammed); finally re-measure flatness and levelness
