- Principle of Constant Temperature Stability Core
Utilizing high-density natural Jinan Blue granite, which has undergone billions of years of geological aging to completely release internal stress, resulting in isotropic material uniformity. The coefficient of linear expansion is only 4.5~6×10⁻⁶/℃, far lower than cast iron, steel, and aluminum alloys (only about 1/3 of steel).
Under the standard operating conditions of a constant temperature metrology room at 20±1℃, slight ambient temperature fluctuations, residual heat from workpieces, and equipment heat dissipation will not cause table warping or local deformation. Thermal deformation is controllable at the micron level, and the reference plane accuracy remains drift-free throughout the process, ensuring the consistency of long-term continuous inspection data. - Advantages of Constant Temperature Integration

The stone has gentle thermal conductivity, eliminating the local hot and cold differential distortion issues found in metals; even if a slight temperature gradient exists in the constant temperature workshop, the overall expansion and contraction of the table surface are synchronized, keeping the flatness and parallelism reference stable, which significantly reduces the temperature compensation pressure on measuring instruments such as CMMs, height gauges, and calipers.
Long-term dimensional stability
Free from metal aging creep and stress rebound defects, the surface accuracy remains permanently unchanged in a constant temperature environment year-round, eliminating the need for frequent re-grinding and correction of the reference surface on a machine tool.
