I. Packaging Requirements (Shipping / Long-distance Transport)
- Pre-packaging Treatment
Clean the platform surfaceoughly, free of dust, oil stains, and water marks.
Apply protective film / foam to the measuring surface to prevent scratches.
Plug screw holes and lifting holes with caps or tape to ent dust and water ingress. - Cushioning Protection
Fully wrap the sides with high-density foam, EVA, or foam.
Protect corners with corner guards to avoid bumps d chipping.
No hard contact between the platform and the wooden box. - Wooden Box / Pallet Reinforcement
Use solid wood pallets / plywood bases for even weight distributionthe platform firmly inside the box to prevent shaking or shifting.
Large platforms must be strapped with steel bands and wrapped with stretch film for moisture protection.
External Box Markings:
isture-proof, Fragile, Precision Instrument, Center of Gravity, Lifting Point. - Moisture and Rust Prevention
Place desiccant inside the box.
Wrap the entire ith moisture-proof film, especially for sea freight / long-distance transport.
II. Storage Requirements (Warehouse / On-site Storage)
- Environmental Requirements
Dry, ventilated, frof corrosive gases; avoid acids, alkalis, cooking fumes, and dust.
Keep away from: radiators, direct air conditioning, direct sunlight, heat sources, and vibratiurces.
Maintain stable temperature to avoid drastic temperature differences and prevent minor deformation. - Placement Method (Very Critical)
Prioritize flat placement; strictly prohibit vertical or leaning placem this easily causes chipping, breakage, or deformation.
Small platforms: Three-point support (original factory support positions).
Large platforms: Support at multiple points evenly as per design to ensalanced load distribution.
Place rubber pads, hardwood, or shock-absorbing pads underneath; do not place directly on concrete floors. - Stacking Requirements
Stacking is generally notecommended.
If stacking is necessary:
Only stack flat surfaces against flat surfaces, with thick foam / wooden boards in between for separation.
Keep the number of layers to a minimum; strictly pravy pressure. - Storage Duration
For long-term storage (>3 months):
Regularly check supports, environment, and surface condition.
Re-calibrate flatness before use.
IHandling and Lifting Precautions
Must use the original design lifting holes / lifting points.
Lifting slings / wire ropes must have soft protective sleeves to avoid direct friction the stone.
Lifting must be smooth and slow; prohibit sudden stops, swinging, or collisions.
Strictly prohibit dragging or sliding the platform.
IV. Usage and Daily Maintenance Precautions
Do not hammer, weld, cut, or grind on the platform.
Handle workpieces gently; prohibit dropping.
Do not overload; distribute heavy objects evenly.
Use only neutral clening agents; do not use strong acids or alkalis.
Cover with a dust cover if unused for a long time.
Regularly re-inspect flatness to ensure stable precisionmple Summary (For Posting in Warehouse)
Packaging: Full cushioning, corner reinforcement, moisture sealing, clear labeling
Storage: Flat support, dry and constant temperature, no verticalacement, no heavy pressure
Handling: Smooth lifting, no dragging, no bumps
Usage: No hammering/welding, gentle handling, regular
